Four Leaf Studios and the lovely people over at 4chan released a dating sim revolving around disabled girls earlier this month. Today, Katawa Shoujo has gotten its first trailer. The game revolves around a boy with a heart condition who attends a school for disabled kids – and the lovely ladies that catch his eye, each with their own physical ailment.

To be honest, I think this is a sweet move – it shows us that there’s more to love out there than the stereotypical perfect-bodied big-breasted chick. You can download the game from the official website here. Check out the trailer after the jump.
