After the gameplay footage for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain and a Q&A  session about MGS, Hideo Kojima took to answering questions about P.T, now also known as Silent Hills.

Kojima answered a wide variety of questions related to the upcoming horror title. He says that their goal was to make a game that "made you piss your pants" but they backed down on that in order to make a game that "makes you shit your pants" instead. The game is supposedly going to ignore the thought that you can only scare players so much before they stop playing, and Kojima seems to be aiming for the scariest game ever title with this one.
