Hideo Kojima Shows More Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain; Explains Current Development Stage

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain Director Hideo Kojima is working hard on the game, and today he took to Twitter to  show more of his labor of love in development.

Continuing to put the game together.

Kojima-san also explained the current development stage:

Putting the game together is different from debugging or difficulty adjustment. Various element of the game (backgrounds, characters, progremming, motion, cutscenes, sound, etcetera) become one. While actually playing, this is the phase where the creator makes the game “interesting,”dramatic” and “intuitive.”

While some incautiously rushed to interpret the latest pictures showcased by Kojima-san as a signal that the game may be getting close to the end of its development, there’s obviously quite a lot more to do, as the various elements are still being assembled and tested.

Hopefully Kojima-san will find that the game is interesting, dramatic and intuitive, and will let us know more details soon enough.
