Hideo Kojima is using Horizon: Zero Dawn's engine Decima for its upcoming game Death Stranding, but his partnership with Guerrilla Games just extended... to LEGO.Today the legendary creator of the Metal Gear Solid franchise posted pictures of a special LEGO set, both unassembled and then assembled, pitched against a Godzilla statue.

The LEGO build represents a Tallneck machine that will appear in Horizon: Zero Dawn, as you can see in the artwork at the top of the post.

This LEGO set actually has a history. It was initially created by a fan named Wayne de Beer. Then Guerrilla Games' Community Manager Jeroen Roding got in contact with him to receive instructions on how to reproduce it at the studio.

Apparently, it has now made another jump, all the way to Japan, and to the desk and capable hands of another prominent game developer, Hideo Kojima.

Now, wouldn't it be nice if Horizon: Zero Dawn proved popular enough to get its own official LEGO line? I do know that I'd buy them all.

You can see a recent trailer showing Aloy's past and her character here, and another showcased at PlayStation Experience, giving an overview on the advanced features of the Decima Engine.
