Hideo Kojima Explains the Origins of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain’s Free Infiltration and More

The concept of “free infiltration” is definitely a novel one in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, but what inspired it?  Director Hideo Kojima himself talked about it on Twitter.
