Since its launch last year, IO Interactive's episodic take on Hitman has offered players the chance to enter a world of assassination thanks to a regular stream of content updates and missions, with the game's penultimate Elusive Target now live and ready for players to hunt down.

Developer IO Interactive revealed that Elusive Target 25 is now out in the wilds of Hitman and located in Hokkaido, marking the next opportunity for players to try and track down the limited time event and earn some rewards in the process.

While previous Elusive Targets gave players a vague indication of the target and where to find them, this time around IO is throwing in a bit of a twist in that Elusive Target 25's identity is unknown to the player at the start. Instead, players will have to gather intelligence out in the fields of Hokkaido to discern his identity, while choosing to restart the mission (if you didn't complete any objectives) may provide a completely different target and set of information, adding another twist to the scenario.

Hitman is available now for PS4, Xbox One, and PC - the latest Elusive Target for Hitman is available now through July 3rd, 2017, so head on over to Hokkaido and start tracking down the subject if you hope to find him before the event's end.
