Season 2 begins on May 16, an both of these new heroes will be available for free to Season Pass holders then before becoming available for other players to purchase on May 23. The Centurion is a Knight Hybrid, and can deal tons of damage at close range with his gladius; meanwhile, The Shinobi is a gracefully moving and percise Samurai Assassin who wields Japanese Kusarigama.

Two new maps are also being added to the game for free when Season 2 starts: Forge and Temple Garden. Alongside these new heroes and maps, another update for For Honor will roll out that increases maximum gear score, adjusts the gear stats system balance, and introduces an Epic gear rarity level.
