This open-world zombie survival game has your maintain a camp of survivors as resources dwindle and perma-death runs rampant.  State of Decay: Year-One Survival Edition  package includes State of Decay, the DLC Lifeline and Breakdown along with new weapons and vehicles. They even added new death animations so you can see your character get ripped to shreds in a number of terribly gory ways.

State of Decay was a sleeper hit for the Xbox 360 and PC and definitely worth checking out if you're a zombie enthusiast. State of Decay: Year-One Survival Edition breaks out April 28 on Xbox One.
