How To Go From Multiplayer n00b to Vet in Call of Duty: Black Ops II

on August 5, 2013 8:42 AM

Let’s face it, when you first started playing shooter games you didn’t know what the hell you were doing. Your aim was off, you were killing your own team members; I bet you even killed yourself with a couple grenades you threw. For all “n00bs” out there, you too can become the vet you was destined to be with Treyarch Studio’s “n00b to Vet” series as you venture into the intimidating multiplayer mode in Call of Duty: Black Ops II.

I know you may be scared at first but at least you don’t have to learn the hard way like previous n00bs did. In the first of its series, multiplayer veteran Jay Puryear from Treyarch Studio explains the game’s weapons classes, the 22 score-streaks, maps, the pick 10 system, core multiplayer fundamentals and much more. While the information can be overwhelming, the main purpose of any game, especially this one, is to just have fun and your skill level will come naturally.

Check out the introductory video below and look forward to Treyarhech Studio releasing more tutorials in the coming weeks.

Enjoy and learn something.

Former genius and a woman of mystery and power, whose power is exceeded only by her mystery, Dana Abercrombie has been playing video games since birth (yes birth...we did say "genius"). Despite her secret desire of wanting to give it all up to become a gorgeous billionaire, Dana is most passionate about video games and films often times getting in many heated debates resulting in being thrown out of many gatherings. Despite having a degree in English AND Journalism (multi-tasking FTW!) from the University at Albany-SUNY, she is currently interested in perusing a degree at Yale Law School, because one should never give up on a dream of becoming a gorgeous billionaire...and knowing how to sue someone as a result of those heated debates
