inFamous Developer Sucker Punch Shows Sound Recording; “Can’t Imagine Better Partners” Than Sony

on September 24, 2015 1:35 PM

Sucker Punch is currently working on a secret PS4 game. All we know is that it’s a third person action adventure with a melee component.

Your guess is as good as mine on whether we’ll see something of it at Paris Games Week, but we might have just gotten a glimpse on its sounds, provided by Audio Director Brad Meier, who has been recording sound effects at the studio.

Could there be a gas conduit in the next inFamous? You never know. We don’t even know if they are indeed working on the next inFamous, or on something else entirely.

In the meanwhile, Studio Founder and Producer Brian Fleming commented on the partnership with Sony Computer Entertainment, that acquired the house of inFamous in 2011.

It’ll be interesting to see what that partnership will bring next. Hopefully Paris Games Week will come with news.
