Infinity Blade is, to date, probably one of the best iOS titles available and really shows what the mobile platform is capable of. I know I was blown away the first time I saw the game on my iPhone screen. Not only did it look good, but it was incredibly fun to play.

The second game in the franchise, Infinity Blade 2, will once again be gracing our iOS devices starting December 1, 2011, announced Epic Games and Chair Entertainment today. The game will be available for both versions of the iPad, the iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S and iPod Touch 32GB & 64GB 3rd generation devices.

This may, in fact, be the perfect window to release the game, given that its visuals are right in line with other highly popular games as of late, like Dark Souls and Skyrim. Fans of those games who need something similar to play on the go will likely need to look no farther than Infinity Blade 2.
