In the last three days, culminating today, Sega tweeted three different pictures of Ryu Hazuki's upcoming vehicle for Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed. you can see all three pictures below, showing the three forms of the vehicle, land, sea and air.

Now try squinting on the license plate of the "road vehicle:" do you notice anything?

Now all we can do is wondering if it's just a rather cruel prank, or an actual tease about something bigger. Whether it's a hint to something real and tangible, or simply a terrible, terrible year's end attempt to troll the series' fans, at the very least we got to see Ryu's vehicle.

That's better than nothing, right? Right?
