Japanese voices actresses Natsumi Takamori (The IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders) and Marie Miyake (Seraph of the End, The IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls) announced their avatars’ marriage in Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn (pictured above: Miyake’s character on the left and Takamori’s on the right).

The voice actresses participated in an event called the “Ceremony of Eternal Bonding” which is essentially a marriage ceremony that allows two characters to profess their devotion to each other.

As stated in the above Tweet from Natsumi Takamori the event took place on November 22nd, which also happens to be a homonym in Japanese for “ii fuufu” or “good couple.”

Marie Miyake also discussed the marriage, stating that as two Warriors of Light they were allowed to participate in the ceremony.

Afterwards, the two continued to converse and joke about married life and being able to help each other in quests. You can check out the screenshots from the ceremony below.
