Since launching in 2010 on the PS3, Joe Danger has raced his way to plenty of other platforms, but now it looks like the little stuntman that could will be making his rounds on Sony’s portable next year.
Announced by Sean Murray (the Managing Director of Joe Danger‘s dev. studio Hello Games) on the European PlayStation Blog today, both the original Joe Danger and its sequel, Joe Danger 2, will be crashing onto the Vita next year, with Murray mentioning both the success of the two titles on other platforms and the power of the Vita as prime factors for Joe making his leap onto Sony’s handheld system. Murray also announced in the post that the team is striving to have the Vita version feel just as responsive control-wise as the console versions of the game, and also mentioned some “surprises in store for our level editor too.”
Joe Danger and Joe Danger 2 will be coming to Vita with a currently unknown release date in 2014.
