Just the Tip: Demo for Serious Sam: Double D Now Available

on October 5, 2011 10:00 AM

If you read my glowing review of Serious Sam: Double D and still hesitated on buying the game for some dumb reason, Mommy’s Best Games is giving you another chance to give the solid action-platformer the light of day with a demo available on Steam.

Double D still remains one of my favorite games of the year, and it’s something I will gladly, shamelessly whore out to everyone and anyone looking for a satisfyingly violent game to kill their time. The demo will only aide my efforts in trying to make sure every red-blooded old-school gamer gets to experience the greatness of taking down space chimps with a shotgun attached to a rocket launcher and two chainsaws.

Download it on the Steam page here, and if you like it, don’t be a stingy gamer and purchase the damned thing.

Allen is an utter whore of a gamer; he's completely open-minded to all games, be they AAA blockbusters or $5 casual children's games. His focus is on indie games specifically, valuing gameplay and ingenuity over sparkly visuals and ridiculous gimmicks. When he's not geeking out over the newest art game, he's out toning his sexy, sculpted shoulders while surfing epic 1.5ft waves, or having a good time with local, high-gravity microbrews.
