To help us with the wait for Killer is Dead‘s release on August the 27th, Kadokawa games released a new and rather awesome trailer of the game, featuring the relationship between the protagonist Mondo and the main villain David and a whole lot of fighting and slicing.

As an interesting addition to the gameplay footage, the trailer also features the game’s theme song “Oborodzuki” (Hazy Moon), performed by the popular Japanese gothic lolita duo The Heana Cat (portrayed at the bottom of this post), that is said to perfectly portray the ruthless world of the game.

You can check out the trailer (and the lovely theme song that plays over it) below.
