Kirby's 25th Anniversary Orchestra Concert may be over, but you can still experience the concert in its entirety online.

on July 22, 2017 10:20 PM

As a part of Kirby‘s 25th anniversary, the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, under the direction of conductor Taizou Takemoto, took the time to learn and perform 13 of the series’ medleys, from Kirby’s Dream Land 64, to Kirby Air Ride and more, on July 21. Today, if you weren’t able to catch a flight to Japan, that concert is available to be watched via a pre-recorded stream on NicoNico.

To watch the stream, viewers will need to pay approximately $22, but that’s a reasonable price to see a large group of people sing Happy Birthday to Kirby when he appears on stage.

The set includes:

Kirby Grand Opening (Green Greens)
Kirby’s Adventure Medley
King Dedede and Meta Knight “Tag Medley”
Kirby’s Dream Land 2 Friend Medley
Kirby’s Dream Land 3 and 64 Medley
Kirby Super Star Medley
Kirby Air Ride Medley
Kirby and the Amazing Mirror & Squeak Squad Medley
Kirby Turned into a Ball Medley (Pinball Land, Dream Course, Canvas Curse and Rainbow Curse)
Kirby Triple Deluxe Medley
Kirby Planet Robobot Medley
Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Medley
Dream Land Staff Roll/Super Star Staff Roll

The stream will be taken down on August 20, however, tickets must be purchased before August 13. The entire process is in Japanese through NicoNico’s website, so you may want to be careful when purchasing your ticket to be sure you’re accessing the correct stream.

Kirby‘s 25th anniversary is in full swing including the launch of Kirby’s Blowout Blast for the 3DS eShop, which you can read about here, as well as information regarding Kirby’s debut on the Nintendo Switch.
