For 25 years, the lovable pink puffball Kirby has inhaled the hearts of gamers everywhere with his colorful platforming adventures on Nintendo consoles, with a new eShop exclusive title, Kirby's Blowout Blast, heading to the 3DS next week in celebration.Nintendo has announced that Kirby's Blowout Blast will release next week to bring 3DS owners a standalone Kirby experience, as the game previously was featured as part of last year's Kirby: Planet Robobot as a mini-game, much like what Nintendo did with standalone releases of the mini-games in Kirby: Triple Deluxe.Kirby's Blowout Blast is scheduled to be released on July 4th, 2017 in Japan, while North America will be receiving the title on July 6th, 2017 as a Nintendo 3DS eShop exclusive. While a price hasn't been set yet, previous standalone releases of the Kirby mini-games have been around $6.99, so you can probably expect to fall somewhere in that price range. Either way, it's sure to be a colorful and exciting romp with the pink puffball.Kirby's Blowout Blast will release next week on Nintendo 3DS - in the meantime, you can check out a brand new (Japanese) trailer for the mini-game for a look at what's in store to celebrate Kirby's 25th Anniversary bash:
