Encircle Games announced the official release date for their upcoming competitive brawler, Corroded. The game is scheduled to release on April 26, 2017 on PC via Steam Early Access. In addition to the release date announcement, the developers have also shared details on the Early Bird Edition of Corroded.

Corroded is a free-for-all online arena brawler that pits 6 players against each other in the ultimate battle royale. The game looks to mash-up elements from MOBA’s and Smash Bros. If there is one thing to say about the game, it definitely looks like it will end friendships.

The Early Bird Edition will include the following:

– ALL current robots unlocked
– ALL FUTURE ROBOTS UNLOCKED
– ALL 6 Early Access release skins unlocked
– Unique “Ancient” skin for Red Dwarf
– Unique Profile Image
– Early Access to the game

Here is a brief description of the game, courtesy of Encircle Games:

Corroded is an online Arena Brawler where up to six players fight and push each other out of a shrinking arena.

Jump into a game of Corroded with up to six players and fight to push each other out of a shrinking arena. A game in Corroded has several short rounds. Upgrade your robot before and between the rounds to find the best way to achieve victory. Counter your enemies, adapt to your surroundings, become the champion of the arena.

Inspired by the Warlocks mod from Warcraft 3, Corroded is a futuristic take with some mix-ups focusing more on speed and a compact skill system, giving it an arcade-like feel. We also bring dynamic levels that change over the course of the game.

Corroded is scheduled to release on PC via Steam Early Access on April 26, 2017. A price hasn’t been announced, however the game will feature a 10% discount during its release.
