Konami Releases a Simple Tip to Avoid Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain Progress Stopping in Missions 29 and 42

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain may be one of the best games released in 2015, but every massive game has a problem or two. Some players have reported the game’s progress stopping, especially after playing missions 29 or 42.

Konami decided to help those people with a simple tip, since they seem to know what’s wrong. They advised players to not have Quiet as a buddy in both missions.

“In Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain which was released on September 1st, 2015 there is a possibility that the game stops progress if having Quiet as a buddy while playing “Mission 29” or “Mission 42“. This situation can be avoided by not using Quiet as a buddy while playing either “Mission 29” or “Mission 42″.”

“We deeply apologize, and appreciate your patience for further announcements regarding this issue.”

My main and favorite thing to do in my life is play video games on my PS4 and admire the work that has been done in each game whether it's an AAA or an indie. Games are games no matter how many people develop it, it's the passion and hard work behind it. I am a crazy fan of Game of Thrones and love to read National Geographic magazines.
