If you like rumors and leaks this one just might be the motherlode. A leaked 54 page document purports to have the specifications of the Xbox 720, along with what could be described as Microsoft's playbook for the next three years. It's got everything from Xbox TV to virtual reality and even special glasses to compete with that recent Google announcement.

If you look at the diagram below of the system specifications, they look pretty impressive, but what may be even more impressive is the price. At only $225 the Xbox 720 would be poised to undercut even the handheld market with the Wii-U and Playstation Vita at around $300 and certainly the 720's main rival, the Playstation 4. While the subscription fee is listed at $50 a month, that's not terribly much if it comes with Cable TV too.

Where things start to get really intense is the Road to Fortaleza diagram. HD Kinect is neat and all for some games, but actually being able to immerse in the environment using the Fortaleza glasses might make the Kinect technology appeal to a much broader portion of gamers. The Fortaleza glasses will be moble with 4G a year later, and probably outlawed a year after that when driving while playing Angry Birds has cost the lives of millions.

If this is all true then the SmartGlass we saw at E3 is just the tip of the iceberg. I for one hope it's true because I can't wait to get my VR glasses like they have in Caprica and go around shooting up a virtual city. It'll be the best Grand Theft Auto ever, and it can't get here soon enough.
