Square Enix released a new trailer showcasing the first DLC Costume pack for Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, including three new (and really weird) outfits named "I love Moogles," "Saintly Style of the World of God" and "Liberator Ultimate Style."

The "I love Moogles" outfit is definitely the weirdest, featuring a bunch of (hopefully) stuffed moogles attached all over Lightning's body.

The costumes aren't even that cheap, costing 1000 yen for the whole pack and 400 for a single outfit (Just south of $10 and $4). Below you can see the trailer, and a second gameplay video released today showcasing the initial tutorial of the game.
