Electronic Arts announced that the Grammy award-winning rock band Linkin Park will headline the in-game soundtrack for the upcoming FPS title, Medal of Honor, with their song "The Catalyst," which will be from their newest album "A Thousand Suns." The track will be featured in an exclusive trailer,  director by the band's own Joe Hahn.

The trailer will be released August 1st on the Medal of Honor website, and its a unique first-of-its-kind mixture of live footage and modern military action from the Medal of Honor game.

Medal of Honor is set to launch October 12th, 2010 in North America and on October 15th in Europe.
