Back in July, Joey Ansah and Christian Howard, the creative forces behind the hit fan film short Street Fighter: Legacy, announced during San Diego Comic-Con that they had been hired by Capcom to develop a feature-length series called Street Fighter: Assassin's Fist, starring Ryu, Ken, Gouken and Akuma. Today, we have a sort of first look at that series, with the reveal of the Assassin's Fist poster.

The poster, which you can view below, may look familiar: as any longtime fan may recall, the poster definitely takes inspiration from Street Fighter Zero (known as Alpha in the U.S., which you can view above), the series that takes place between the first Street Fighter tournament and the second.

The series is meant to debut sometime this year. For more update, check out the crew's Facebook page. For more on the franchise, check out all of our Street Fighter news.
