Lollipop Chainsaw is a Real Game, Gets Screens

Grasshopper Manufacture, who has most recently developed Shadows of the Damned, has unveiled a new title they’re working on – Lollipop Chainsaw. Just think about the juxtaposition of those two words for a moment. Done? Ok, now we’ll continue.

This is a game about a zombie outbreak in a high school. When the zombies attack, Juliet is there to help. She knows exactly what to do because her and her family are zombie hunters and, as the title implies, has some pretty snazzy skills with both a chainsaw and as a cheerleader. There’s a lot of pink, hearts and general bubble-gum-y visuals to the game, as you can see by taking a look at the first screens from Famitsu after the break.
