Mixed Bag Games announced that Forma.8 will release on February 23, for PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Xbox One, Wii U, and PC-via Steam.

Originally planned to be released in 2014, the game had gone through various changes while the development team worked on other projects. However, Forma.8 wasn't forgotten, the team admittedly worked on the game to deliver “the best game possible.”

Additionally, Mixed Bag will be teaming up with Limited Run Games to supply a limited physical run of the game's release on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita, pricing and release date to be detailed soon.

The game's setting is a lonely planet, players will take control of a prob called forma.8. The objective is to seek out a lost power source after being separated by your companions. Players will get through the levels in true metroidvanania fashion by exploring the huge world and discovering new areas.
