Mad Catz To Re-Release Rock Band 3

on August 10, 2011 5:00 PM

While I’ll readily admit that two Tuesdays ago I got more of my fill of Rock Band 3 at a friend’s house, the music game genre has lost its former vast appeal and has recently been relegated to people like the guy pictured above. Despite the music genres decline, Rock Band developer Harmonix has given Mad Catz the go-ahead to re-release their latest title for the 2011 Holiday season.

The re-relase will include a Wireless Keyboard Controller and a Wireless Fender Stratocaster Guitar Controller designed by Mad Catz, and will also be available to purchase with a Wireless Mustang Pro-Guitar Controller. Likely, this re-release won’t be worth your hard earned not-so-fat stacks of cash, that is, unless you plan on starting a garage band, Rock Band style.
