Mad Men Goes 8-Bit in this YouTube Game

on March 23, 2012 4:30 PM

Remember that Fine Bros. Saved by the Bell YouTube game? Well, they’re at it again, but this time there’s a bit more daytime drinking, a tad more smoking and a lot more Don Draper. Yes, you can get caught up on the events of the last four seasons of Mad Men by playing this kind-of interactive video series. You assume control of Don as he seeks to discover new ideas to help his fledgling ad agency succeed. In order to do so, you need to speak with different people in order to get the right … um … inspiration.

It’s by no means a Mass Effect-caliber conversation branch, but it’s fun to play nonetheless. The game makes no qualms about parodying some of the show’s most ridiculous, albeit entertaining, moments. You can play the game after the jump

I won’t say anything to ruin the surprise of what you’ll experience, but, as in the Mad Men‘s third and fourth seasons, Roger Sterling and Sally Draper kind of steal the show once you run into them. And, of course, nobody cares about Bobby. Nobody ever cared about Bobby. Play the game below.
