Microsoft's Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb flew directly to YouTuber Boogie2988's home carrying a brand new Xbox One, to give the comedian that plays the part of popular character "Francis" an early taste of the console.

You can see the resulting conversation below, with Boogie going as far as apologizing for having "bullied" Microsoft on their policies and features (he has indeed been quite harsh in the past towards Microsoft and its products), apparently turning into a full fledged Xbox One believer and praising the experience provided by the console very enthusiastically.

Hryb also had his ration of goodwill to share, stating that the community contributed to make the Xbox One Better with all its criticism and feedback:

The testament is that people out there, you, and the people out there watching...the community... They helped make this console better.
