YouTube’s Man At Arms Recreates For Honor’s Authentic, Historical Weapons

The popular YouTube series Man At Arms tackles the recreation of Viking and Samurai weaponry in two new videos inspired by For Honor.

For Honor released last week to bring the medieval combat of Knights, Vikings, and Samurai to gamers everywhere, while YouTube’s Man At Arms has once again brought replicas of iconic weapons to viewers inspired by the game.

A new series of videos from Awe Me’s Man At Arms: Reforged have been released featuring two of the weapons from the recently-released For Honor in collaboration with Ubisoft – the Viking Dane Axe and the Samurai Nodachi Sword.

Dedicated to recreating various iconic weapons from video games, the Viking Axe and Samurai katana definitely seem more on the traditional scale compared to the more outlandish weapons that the series has created, though it’s definitely still worth a look to see the fine art of blacksmithing on display…and to see the type of damage that a Viking axe can do.

For Honor is available now for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The full episodes of Man At Arms: Reforged featuring the weaponry of For Honor can be watched below:
