Earlier this month, developer Gazillion Entertainment announced that Marvel Heroes is making its way over to PS4 and Xbox One sometime later this year through the form of Marvel Heroes Omega, a spin-off version of Marvel Heroes 2016 designed for consoles. At the time of its announcement, the developer also revealed that a closed beta for the game would be arriving soon. Today, it divulged said beta.

The closed beta is scheduled to arrive on PS4 on April 21st, with an Xbox One closed beta poised to come sometime after the 21st. You can gain access to the beta via the purchase of any of the Founder Packs through the PlayStation Store or the official website. If you're a PlayStation Plus subscriber and take part in the closed beta, you also get a range of extra goodies: including a Daredevil costume, discounts on in-game currency, and more.

Marvel Heroes has been available on PC since 2013. There is no word on an exact release for the new console version.
