Metal Gear Online Gets Info on Gameplay, Characters, Inspiration and More; News Coming in May

During a Twitter Q&A the development team of Metal Gear Online, the multiplayer spin-off that will ship with Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, answered a few questions from the fans.

The team is looking to add more playable established characters besides Snake and Ocelot:

There will be more light-heated themed gear like the Metal Gear REX helmet we saw as part of the special edition:

While bullet drop is included, the systems will be rebalanced for multiplayer, so some will differ from the single player game.

Metal Gear Online will have a progression system of its own, but more details will come later:
