Microsoft Registers Mysterious Domains XboxAb.com and XboxAb.net

on April 29, 2014 12:43 PM

Looks like Microsoft is up to mischief again, as Redmond’s console manufacturer and software giant just registered two new Xbox-related domains.

The two domains, registered at the same time yesterday, are XboxAb.com and XboxAb.net. A trademark search on similar yielded no result, and there’s absolutely no information on what they could be used for.

Considering the timing, it could be something related to E3, but that’s just a wild guess. Feel free to post your own  in the comments below.

In the meanwhile we reached out to Microsoft for a comment, and we’ll keep you updated if we’ll receive any relevant information.
