Microsoft To Release Limited Edition R2d2 Xbox 360 and Kinect

Surprise, surprise. What other way to siphon the Star Wars market dry than to release yet another collectible item? Well, Microsoft now thinks it’s a good idea to make a limited R2D2 Xbox 360 and Kinect to coincide with the upcoming release of Kinect Star Wars this holiday season.

The console, like it’s droid counterpart, will be blue and white, and will likely be sold in a bundle with the game. As long as it doesn’t make R2D2 noises though, you should be in the clear.
