During a showcase event hosted in New York City by Microsoft, DualShockers had a chat with Middle-earth: Shadow of War Creative Director Michael de Plater.

De Plater discussed several aspects of the game, starting with the nemesis system and how it has been improved since Shadow of Mordor. We also hear about the gameplay flow including epic battles and army building, which is also tied up into the nemesis system itself.

The discussion also includes a look at the benefits provided by the Xbox One X to the game's visuals. De Plater also talks about the team's approach to locking frame rate on thirty FPS.

Recently, Monolith introduced the uruk tribes that we'll find in the game with a series of trailers. You can enjoy the Feral Tribe, the Mystic Tribethe Dark Tribe the Marauder tribe,  the Terror Tribe, and the Machine tribe.

Further videos include an interactive trailer showcasing the fate of an uruk via the nemesys system, and two hilarious live action ads.

The game will release for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on October 10th.
