Minecraft Knockoff Fortresscraft Makes A Cool Million; Highest Grossing Xbox Live Indie Game Of All Time

on August 11, 2011 5:00 PM

It has recently been announced that Fortresscraft, a knockoff of fan favorite Minecraft, has sold over 350,000 units, resulting in about one million dollars of profit for developer Projector Games. Then again, Minecraft itself is a direct copy of a game called Infiniminer, but Projector Games could have at least tried not to make it so obvious.

For those who are interested, or if you just want to see what all the hype is about, Fortresscraft is still available for download on the Xbox Live Indie Channel.
