You've waited on the sidelines unwilling or wanting to commit to Activision's experimental "ELITE" service for Modern Warfare 3, watching as all your friends got to enjoy the new maps while you were forced to simply enjoy the core game.

If you don't want ELITE for whatever reason but still want the DLC then good news for you as the first Collection of DLC is available now for the Xbox 360 version of the game. For 1200 Microsoft Points ($15) you'll get your hands on the four multiplayer maps and two spec-ops missions previously exclusive to ELITE members.

Interestingly the download is only 108kb, indicating an unlock key so I think you'll still have to download the items individually through the in-game store.
