Monster Hunter 4 Special Edition 3DS Heads to Japan in November

Monster Hunter is a huge entity in Japan, and with Monster Hunter 4 selling immensely and faring very well critically, Nintendo is celebrating the game with a new 3DS bundle themed after the latest entry in the series, which was revealed on the official Japanese Nintendo website.

The new Monster Hunter 4 special edition 3DS will be heading to Japan on November 7th, where the new bundle will include a lovely Monster Hunter-ified blue 3DS along with a copy of Monster Hunter 4, and will retail for ¥19,800 (about $200 US). Unfortunately while it looks like the bundle (and pretty spiffy-looking 3DS) will just be heading to Japan for the time being, we’ll have to wait and see if the system will make its way to our shores or other regions.

Monster Hunter fans in Japan, prepare for a pretty lovely-looking 3DS to go along with your Monster Hunter 4.
