Today Capcom released a new trailer and a batch of screenshots of the Monster Hunter XX remaster on Nintendo Switch aptly named Monster Hunter XX Nintendo Switch Ver.

We get to see the improved visuals of the game in a trailer that gives a look on every aspect of a "hunter's life."

We then hear about the features introduced for the Nintendo Switch version, including vibration support. The controller vibrates when monsters roar, when hunting techniques hit, or when Valphalk launches its comet attack. It's worth mentioning that this isn't an implementation of the console's HD Rumble feature, and it can be toggled on and off.

It's possible to quickly zoom the map in and out at the press of a button.

Special quest tickets can from the girl in front of the message board at Horns in exchange for Horns Coins.

A hunting whistle menu can be brought up with the R button, showing the effects of the melodies that can be played. This is especially useful for those who have just started using the feature.

The full screen keyboards makes typing messages much easier. In portable and tabletop mode you can use the touch screen to type.

We also see several bonus items, and new DLC that will be distributed after release, including crossover costumes with Fire Emblem and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
