Monsters (Probably) Stole My Princess Being Released April 22, Officially

It’s pretty harsh of a judgement constantly blaming things on monsters. The poor bastards, because they’re ugly, stinky, and constantly groan (yep, I’m racial profiling), get blamed for just about everything that goes bad in video games; unless, of course, you have Nazis and/or zombie Nazis. In Monsters (Probably) Stole My Princess there’s speculation that a group of monsters might have… well, stole someone’s princess. And because they’re hideous satanic creatures, protagonist Duke goes on an ill-researched quest to rescue his princess, jumping endlessly upward through vertical levels, and beating the living (or undead) crap out of these presumed princess-stealing uglies. Oh, and if Captain Obvious hasn’t flown by to give you the news, Duke is a vampire.

The PSP Mini game, which will be playable on both the PlayStation 3 and the PSP, has been given an official release date of April 22, as confirmed by publisher Mediatonic. If you’re into new-age Castlevania music (not sure if that even exists),┬ánauseating vertical jumping, and torturing monsters,┬áthis game is definitely for you. If you want to see what you might be getting yourself into on April 22, we have a video for you to watch after the jump. Enjoy.
