If you can recognise characters based off their feet, you're ahead of the game in guessing the upcoming character announcements for Mortal Kombat X.

Co-creator Ed Boon tweeted an image showing the feet of a number of Mortal Kombat X characters.

Look's like one of the boots that were made for walkin' was Quan Chi's.

The first, Quan Chi, was revealed to be returning last week.

The others are still a mystery for now, although fourth from the left does look like Raiden.

Mortal Kombat X is set for release on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 next year, with Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 ports also expected.
