Much Needed PS Vita Accessory Adding L2/R2 Triggers for PS4 Remote Play Gets New Detailed Pictures

The lack of L2 and R2 triggers on the PS Vita often makes remote play rather awkward, and definitely less comfortable than playing on your PS4. As we mentiooned a while ago, on April 30th the Japanese manucaturer Joetsu Electronic Industries is going to release a handy accessory that attaches the triggers to the 2000 model of Sony’s portable.

If you want to see what the accessory looks like in greater detail, including the clever but simple mechanism that “touches” the rear pad when the triggers are pressed, the manufacturer posted some detailed pictures on its Twitter account.

For the first time we also get to see the white version up close, giving a better idea of what it looks like.

The accessory will cost 4,298 yen (about $35). No information has been given so far about a possible western release.
