A mysterious counter appeared on the Steins;Gate 0's official Japanese site, which is shown in seconds and currently set for a bit over four days:

The scene shown behind the counter is from the original game and depicts Mayuri Shiina slapping Rintarou Okabe in the face. Most likely the reveal stemming from the counter will be related to the surprise hinted at when its delay was first announced.
