Namco Bandai Registers SoulCalibur: Lost Swords Trademark

on July 18, 2013 2:01 PM

A week ago we found the trademark “Lost Sword” filed by Namco Bandai for the European Union, and I guessed it could have been a new SoulCalibur title.

Turns out I was right, as the trademark filed with the US Trademark and Patent Office found today is a lot more precise and it is indeed SoulCalibur: Lost Swords, as you can see from the result of the trademark search just below.

Of course since the game hasn’t been announced yet, we don’t know anything about it besides the title, but it’s good to know that a new chapter of the saga is coming. Hopefully Namco Bandai will spend some more resources in developing the story mode this time around.
