Fans of Persona 4 most likely know that both Teddie and Chie's English voice actors were replaced for the updated re-release Persona 4 Golden. However, a tweet from Chie's new VA, Erin Fitzgerald states that Naoto's VA may be the next one up for replacement:

However, this may not be a sign of a VA change, as Naoto's has never been officially revealed. This could possibly be a simple announcement of who's been voicing the character the entire time. Looks like we'll have to wait for further details on the issue.
