Fukuoka-based studio CyberConnect 2 is well known for its work on the Naruto and .Hack series, and according to President Hiroshi Matsuyama, fans have a lot to look forward to in 2016.

Matsuyama-san mentioned in an interview on 4Gamer, that 2016 will mark the 20th anniversary for the studio, and they have prepared “many surprise” for next year.

While he did not give specific information on what those surprises entail, I can’t say I would say no to a new .Hack. Future will tell, but color me intrigued.
