Naughty Dog Is “Making Magic” in the Motion Capture Studio

on August 8, 2014 3:59 PM

After the release of The Last of Us Remastered Naughty Dog is now hard at work on its new games, and today the team shared a few pictures of one of the studio’s motion capture sessions.

We don’t know if the mocap session is for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End or their yet unannounced AAA game,  or if the studio showcased is the new one close to the new offices of Sony Santa Monica, which is also said to be used by Naughty Dog.

Update: the studio portrayed is not the new one, but the one located in Culver City, which Naughty Dog has used for a while.

Below you can see the pictures, tweeted by Web Developer Jason Paul, Animator Almudena Soria and Mantron, alongside the mention that they’re “Making magic.” Hopefully we’ll be able to see the results of that magic soon enough.
