Both Sony and Hulu are offering some form of reimbursement to PS3 owners for the devastating PSN downtime. Sadly, another feature on PS3 systems is not offering anything to their affected customers via Sony’s console. According to our source “Netflix doesn’t have control over the PS3 platform, its not required to reimburse customers for any hacks or blockage to access – that’s Sony’s problem.” Ouch, it seems that the movie rental company isn’t exactly trying to win customer satisfaction awards. However, if you are one of the many people who lost access to Netflix (for 26 days), there may be a way to get reimbursement. Call up the company and complain…simple as that. We hope you get some form of discount/refund.
