If you're curious about the world of Square Enix's upcoming 3DS title Bravely Default: Flying Fairy, we've got your fix right here with a batch of new screenshots and concept art. The screenshots give us a glimpse of the game's combat system and Japanese menus, but are otherwise unenlightening.

The real bonus here is the concept art of BD:FF's desert city, Raikurika. Raikurika is a city of wind (hence the windmills all over the place), run by -- you guessed it -- a magic wind crystal. Anybody who played Final Fantasy V knows the drill; the crystal shuts down, the city shuts down, you have to try to fix it. The game will also include fantasy trope environments like a nation of only women (Gerudos? Amazons?) and a country caught in the grips of a seemingly endless civil war. Check after the break for some images!
