Did you want some information on how combat will work in Camelot Unchained? I did as well, and today Marc Jacobs provided, by talking extensively about it in a new video update.
First of all, he specified that combat will have to be very fluid and responsive, then he clarified that there will be no global cooldown and explained that there will be some tab targeting elements, but it won’t be applied to every area of combat.
Finally he hinted to the fact that he’s not sure if there’ll be archers in the game. That’s something that will be discussed with the backers and that will be subject to the possibility of making it interesting and not just a matter of hitting tab and shooting over and over all the time.
We also get a new piece of concept art (and we’ll get one a day from now on), that you can see at the top of the post.
